Cardiology Associates of North Mississippi registered one of the highest aggregate patient satisfaction ratings on record at Sullivan/Luallin Healthcare Consulting.

During 2005 the nationally recognized healthcare patient satisfaction experts conducted a comprehensive survey among 474 Cardiology Associates patients. 37 questions based on key performance indicators were posed. When the results were compared with their nationwide database of over 40,000 cardiology patients, we scored well above the national average on every one — registering the highest aggregate patient satisfaction rating on record.

We knew the bond between our staff and their patients was strong. However, these results surprised even us. When 99.5% of the nearly 500 Cardiology Associates’ patients surveyed said they would recommend us to others, we were beyond flattered. When 95.6% rated the overall care from our physicians and nurses either very good or excellent, we noticed a trend developing. When the responses to the remainder of the questions regarding key performance indicators like accessibility and courtesy of our entire staff were equally definitive, we were humbled.
