A Multicenter, Single-arm Study of the Taxus Liberte'SR Stent for the Treatment of Patients with Long De Novo Coronary Artery Lesions
Summary: This study is will examine the safety and performance of a stent coated with a drug called Paclitaxel. Paclitaxel is the active ingredient in T AXOL, a drug developed to treat cancer. The addition of the paclitaxel coating to the stent could improve the performance of the stent preventing the re-narrowing of the treated coronary artery. This study will treat patients diagnosed with coronary heart disease or a narrowing of at least one coronary artery.
